The photo you are submitting has not met the criteria/quality level of the group. Do not be discouraged as it is just one of your works. Instead of declining, I let works expire, that way if you want to submit something else, you can cancel that submission and submit another work without waiting. I am sorry if we have lost you due to this, but I want you to know that all works are looked at.

If it has expired it has just not been accepted. It is very rare that a work will make it that far without being looked at. In those rare cases where something has expired and is acceptable for the group a request will be sent to add the photo. I am sorry for any delays in response, but want you to know all photos are looked at. I am not sure exactly which one of your photos was not accepted, but I give everyone a chance to cancel the submission and submit something else without having to wait, by letting them expire and not declining them. Thanks for being a member, even if we have lost you. There are many great works here and there is a great opportunity to learn even by just seeing the ones that are accepted!
